Mr BS Ngwenya

Mr. Bongani Stephen Ngwenya, (B.Juris, LLB Unizulu), started his legal profession at Phosa Majapelo & Partners in 1983. In 1988 he was admitted by the High Court of South Africa (Transvaal Provisional Division), in 1990 the firm STEVE NGWENYA & PARTNERS was established, he was a Director of the Firm. In 1994 he became the Deputy Provincial Electoral Officer, he was further appointed as the chairperson of the East Vaal District Council from 1994 until 1995.

Mr. Ngwenya was appointed as the Chief Director at the Department of Housing and Land Administration from 1995 until 1999. Mr. Ngwenya is a Provincial Electoral Officer (Mpumalanga Independent Electoral Commission). Mr. Ngwenya is a member of the Black Lawyers Association, a Chairperson of the Ermelo Peace Committee, a member of Wesselton Development Trust and he is a Senior Legal Consultant at MOHLALA ATTORNEYS.
